This is the first time I've opening my computer to do anything but invoices since the last time I blogged. I'm so happy to be back and have enough energy to start posting all the pictures I have from the last several weeks..
These are crab traps in Stubs Bay near Petaluma Ca.

Shelli, Jeff and I took a ride to have this crab
sandwich and a lovely ride through Northern California
Chaparral then to the coast.

Meanwhile look what this lovely lady finished! Its a Jane Elliot Shawl knit using Columbia Gorge-
ous in Cashmere and Silk

Another great meal

Look at all the
Tanglewood Knitters! Each made these wonderful projects Thanks for the picture!!

From
Petaluma Ca I flew to Seattle and then to Portland for an evening with Jan and Becky.......

An evening of fun and night of dreaming that I missed the plane and then a long ride to Hawaii. We were pretty tired and I was more than rummy. Becky and I having dinner watching the sunset on the beach in Maui

After dinner I made it as far as the beach and collapsed. Becky some how got me up to the room and I got into bed and that's all I knew until the next morning.....

But look at our little friend that joined us in the hotel room! It was about as big as a Quarter.

Having stayed on Eastern Standard Time I was up before Dawn long time I had my first breakfast of the trip and the day

As I sat eating my oatmeal and drinking my tea I watched the Dawn rise along with the birds waking

After morning broke I went to a free breakfast and booked several trips. When Becky woke, we walked around and saw these flowers and watching birds and sat on the beach

The view from our
balcony
to start the vacation off right we went to the Old
Lahana Luau we viewed native crafts

listened to great music

watched the sunset

We got
Lai's
Becky waiting for Fun on her Birthday

While we had a wonderful meal the dancing began!

We went for a stroll around a lavender farm the day after Becky's birthday

Becky and I

Lavender drying just like in my garage

On the way back to the hotel we saw a flock of sheep

I'm out of time. If you are going to Jennifer Knits tomorrow I'll be seeing you there!
